The event is hosted by the Whitehall Chamber of Commerce and the music is made possible by a grant through the Lower Adirondack Regional Arts Council (LARAC). Skene Manor is on the National Registry of Historic Buildings and also a non-profit 501c-3. It is entirely operated by volunteers and is dependent on donations for funding.
